Shipping policy
HIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

Processing Time: We typically ship orders the next business day, but please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

No-Delivery Days: Items cannot be delivered on Sundays or major holidays.
SHIPPING POLICY

Delivered but Missing: If your shipment is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please allow 3 business days for the parcel to arrive. Couriers may prematurely mark a parcel as delivered before actual arrival.

Reporting Period: Please report all shipping issues or missing items within 15 days of delivery.

Carrier Delays: Expected delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier. Any delays once shipped are unfortunately out of our control.

Rerouting Fees: Shipments returned or requiring rerouting due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will incur additional charges for reshipment and re-labelling.
WYR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Delays in transit caused by carrier service disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Inaccurate Information: Missing parcels or redelivery attempts due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Theft or Loss: Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility shifts to the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for all international customs fees and duties. We are not liable for refunds if a product is held or returned due to refused customs payments.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Fee: Returns for a refund are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee of 30 AED, which will be deducted from your final refund. Exchanges are not charged a return shipping fee.

Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the processing phase (typically within one business day of the order being placed). For any urgent requests, please email us immediately at contact@wyrwear.com.
