• Returns for Refund: Charged a 10 AED restocking fee.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping items to our UAE processing hub.

To start the process, please email our support team at contact@wyrwear.com with your Order # and the name of the item you wish to return or access our Self-Serve Portal.

Once your return is received and inspected at our hub, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the balance in your account. If you opted for store credit, this is usually once the items are delivered to our warehouse.

Once your exchange is marked delivered to our facility, your exchange order will be issued.

We recommend that you wash on cold and either tumble dry on low dryer setting or hang/air dry for best results and longevity. We also recommend steaming or ironing after each wash for optimal use.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of purchase. Allow 1-3 for order processing. Expedited shipping options are available with Priority Shipping (selected during checkout). Orders placed after 1pm on Friday may not ship until Monday morning. 

We generally recommend going up a size if you're in between sizes for more comfort or size down for a tighter more slimming fit. Check our size guide on each product for specific dimensions or our "Find My Fit" tool for a better assessment based on body type.

All of our orders are processed in and ship from California, USA.

All our fabric and yarn is directly sourced in Egypt. Our clothing is produced in our production facilities in Egypt.
