Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To start a return, please use our Self-Serve Return Portal. Alternatively, you can contact us at contact@wyrwear.com with your Order # and the name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Please note the following logistics:

  • Return Address: All returns must be sent to our UAE Processing Hub. We will provide the specific address and instructions once your return request is approved in the portal.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for providing their own return shipping to our hub. We recommend using a tracked service (e.g., Emirates Post or Aramex) to ensure delivery.

  • Processing Fee: Exchanges and returns for Store Credit are FREE. For returns resulting in a refund, a 10 AED restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover warehouse inspection and handling.

  • Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will email you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@wyrwear.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale" as part of a discount or special offer.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Gift Cards: We do not accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

One-time exchanges are free. Once you send back the items you'd like to exchange, we'll process the replacement order once they deliver to our warehouse.

Refunds & Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Original Payment Method: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Store Credit: If you opted for store credit, your digital gift card will be issued immediately once the items are confirmed as delivered and inspected at our warehouse.

     

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
